Now this is an interesting item I also found on E-Bay. It's a slush latex casting of a piece that was one of the many masks or prosthetics used in the film ALTERED STATES done by Dick Smith. It's fairly small - just about face sized. This isn't the one Dick still has hanging on his wall but is a smaller mask cast from William Hurt's face with the makeup on and used in one of the sequences of his being physically altered and used as a closeup mask for some shot in that film.
