All the weird, wonderful goings on of one of the most prolific collectors and officianados of screen horror and effects movies,etc. You should bookmark this just because there is no finer authority on the subject. Hooray for Forry!!!

Brian Beler - Personal Homepage - This is a new site hosted by an SPFX makeup artist who is doing some good work and who, like the rest of us, has a real passion for doing it. He has a nice site started and has a lot of photos of his work on display. Go have a look.

Bob Burns Official Website - Those of you involved in special makeup effects know this name and those who don't should. Bob Burns has been around a long time and worked in and created effects for many of the old "B" horror movies of the past. He worked with Rick Baker for many years while Rick was still a young makeup artist. He is a well-known and respected name in the industry. Go look at his website. Interesting and informative.

CineSecrets - This is a really different and extensive site. Has a lot of interesting things about the new Star Wars movies with some inside information including photos of some things related specifically to that. Check it out if you're a Star Wars fan.

Creation Zone - Some interesting things under the PROSTHETICS heading + other stuff.

Dinair Airbrushes - Excellent airbrush systems for special makeup effects work.

Dremel Corp. - this is the home site of the Dremel Company - the handiest little hand tool in the world. If you don't have one, buy one. You'll never regret it for what we do as makeup artists but it has a million and one uses and is a GREAT all around tool.

Enviro-Net - This is another highly important site I just found that could serve you all very well. This site deals with very many environmental material safety data sheets which describe just about all the compounds and chemicals we use as SPFX artists. Reading these could save your life. Don't discount this as a highly valuable site with worthwhile information. Technical, yes!! But worth understanding. Check it out.

FDA's Cosmetic Data Site - This is the U. S. Food and Drug Administration's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition site that details a lot with various kinds of makeup/cosmetics and is a sort of their safety and data sheet site for this purpose. Not a bad thing to know for safety and health reasons. Just another source for safety information and concerns.

Forensic Pathology Index - This site is the real thing. Some fairly gross real life forensic pathology photos of bullet wounds, stab wounds, and more. Not for the squemish stomach. This is reality but for us as makeup artists, a good reference.

Hobbylinc, Inc - Best prices I have seen for airbrush equipment and other hobby related items.

Boris Karloff Homepage - This is the OFFICIAL homepage for Boris Karloff fans.

Laughing Yak Effects Group - This is the homepage of the owner of the Special Effects Makeup Artists Guild. Check it out and become a member if you are interested. New members are welcome.

Lenier Davis Gelatin - An interesting page all about gelatin and its properties and use. Everything you ever wanted to know about the science of gelatin and more.

Maddjin Productions Homepage - This is a neat site with lots of interesting photos of this makeup effects artists makeup work and artwork. Very colorful and unique. Check this one out.

Paasche Airbrushes - Probably the most widely used, reasonably priced, airbrush systems useful for special makeup effects work. Not a retail outlet. Dealers are everywhere. Check HOBBYLINC link above for best prices I've seen.

David Perteet Homepage - This is the personal homepage of the aforementioned FX artist. Good photos of some of his work and numerous pencil drawing designs. He is a good artist and SPFX artist as well. Check it out.

Super Jay's Gargoyle Den - Good site with lots of good photos to see. This young Canadian FX artist is really doing some good work with available materials and is into the 'fursuit' work as well.

Terror By Design - Good site for haunted house ideas.

Lodewijk Tossaint - SPECIAL FX - GREAT NEW site by this Dutch makeup artist doing some very fine work. What a great name too. Great photos of his work and a very nicely formatted page. Go check this site out. He is doing excellent work and this is a nice place to visit. Go have a look.

Troma - Bizarre Splatter FX - Interesting site. Gore and more.

The Universal Currency Converter - I am including this International currency converter for those of us who occassionally buy suppllies, etc. from companies out of our own countries, when they don't have distribution centers in your home country. This is a stie which updates with current exchange rates daily, I believe. So if you ever need to know what your money is worth in some other country, this is the place to find that out.

USG Corporation - This is the homepage for United States Gypsum. Interesting site that has a lot of information about plaster products manufactured by USG. This site includes references to distributors, material safety data sheets, product information, etc. If you ever wanted to know where all that plaster comes from we use, this is the place to learn about that. Give a look if interested.

Visual FX Headquarters - Mostly video digital effects work but worth the look.

Wizards Inc. - Listing of some books about film special effects but not makeup effects.
